I welcome digital pictures of birthday cards!!
I'd rather not have to quarantine and sterilize your actual birthday cards. (Ya, I have a decontamination zone in the house now.)
Heck, it doesn't even need to be a real card, just Google birthday cards and screenshot :) See my online whiteboard as a spot to share your digital birthday card and wishes with me in a social/digital way. I'll be on it as well and can lovingly caress the digital birthday card you share, with the "digital laser pointer" and some (heartfelt) scribbles.
As far as gifts go, same deal... (I don't want to quarantine and sterilize it)... so a video of you opening the gift on my behalf would be just awesome!!! Heck, we'll do a video call and do it together!! Even better
